Somatic Coaching Sessions
A slower space to pause, feel, and find your footing again.
I offer one-on-one and relational support for people moving through transition, burnout, stress, grief, and change.
This work is simple.
We slow down.
We pay attention.
We work at a pace your body can actually hold.
There’s no pressure to perform, explain everything, or “get it right.”
What sessions can include
Every session is shaped by you and what’s needed in the moment. Depending on your preferences, sessions may include:
conversation and reflective listening
body-based (somatic) awareness
mindfulness and attention practices
sound meditation
guided visualization for relaxation
journaling or simple creative prompts for reflection
optional supportive touch (always with clear, ongoing consent) to support grounding, body awareness, and boundaries
time outdoors (walking or sitting in nature)
periods of quiet rest, sometimes supported by sound
You don’t need to choose in advance. We find what works together.
Where we meet
Sessions can take place in a few different settings, depending on what feels most supportive:
outdoors (forest, shoreline, or quiet walking paths)
in my office at Senter for Relasjon at Bygdøy allé 21
in your home (when appropriate)
We can decide together what feels like the best fit.

This is not therapy. I do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.
This is a non-clinical, coaching-based space focused on presence, awareness, and support.
Individual Sessions
A space to bring whatever is present…thoughts, emotions, questions, or simply a sense that something feels off.
Some people come to talk.
Some come to slow down and feel.
Some don’t know what they need yet.
All of that is welcome.
Relational Support (Couples & More)
I offer support for people in relationship…whether you’re a couple, a poly constellation, or another structure.
This work focuses on:
staying present during difficult moments
improving communication and listening
navigating differences and tension
building trust and repair
This is not about deciding who is right.
It’s about creating more space, clarity, and resilience in how you relate.
For therapists, coaches, and others who hold space for people.
These sessions offer a place to:
reflect on your work and what it asks of you
bring the parts of yourself that are tired, overwhelmed, uncertain, or messy without needing to perform being “okay” or “having it together”
reconnect with your body, your limits, and your own humanity
be seen in the full context of who you are, including your strengths, gifts, contradictions, and capacity
stay grounded while supporting others
This is not clinical supervision. It’s a slower, more personal space for being human in the midst of caring for humans. A place where complexity, tenderness, exhaustion, insight, and growth are all allowed to exist together.

Free introductory session

A space to meet, ask questions, and see if this feels like a good fit.
Individual sessions
900 kr (≈ €80)
50 minutes
Packages available:
5 sessions — 4 000 kr
10 sessions — 7 500 kr
Relational sessions (couples+)
1 200 kr (≈ €105)
