🏡 Groups & Gatherings
Shared spaces to slow down, listen, and be in connection together.
These are small, guided group spaces held with care.
Some are quiet and meditative.
Some are more interactive.
All are invitations to step out of isolation and into something shared.
There’s nothing to perform here.
No expectation to be a certain way.
Just space to arrive as you are…and be met in the presence of others.
🌳 Walking Meditations
Slow, guided time in nature…together.
We move gently through the landscape, pausing often to notice the body, the breath, and the environment around us.
I’ll offer simple invitations along the way so you don’t have to think about what to do.
At the same time, everything is optional…you’re always free to follow your own rhythm.
There may be moments of shared silence, and optional space to reflect or share.
These walks are especially supportive if you:
feel overwhelmed or overstimulated
want to get out of your head and into your body
are curious about meditation but struggle with sitting still
want to be in nature without being alone
No experience is needed. Free to join. Donations welcome but not expected.
UPCOMING WALKS:
Frognerseteren Saturday May 30 10:00-13:00
Vettakolen Friday June 5 17:30-20:30
Gressholmen Monday June 8 17:30-20:30
🔔 Sound Baths
Rest, vibration, and nervous system settling.
These sessions are an opportunity to lie down, rest, and be supported by sound.
Using instruments like singing bowls, we create a simple, steady field of soothing vibration that can help the body soften, settle, and relax.
There’s nothing to do.
No need to focus or follow anything.
You can simply rest, listen, and allow your system to shift at its own pace.
Some people feel deeply relaxed.
Some drift.
Some just enjoy the quiet container.
All of it is welcome.
Offered in collaboration with Reclaiming Belonging.
🌑 Grief Circle (in formation)
Inspired by the work of Francis Weller and the book “The Wild Edge of Sorrow”.
This is a space that is slowly taking shape.
A space for grief that doesn’t have many places to go…
personal grief, relational grief, collective grief, ecological grief.
Not as something to fix or move past,
but as something to be witnessed, held, and allowed.
These gatherings will be gently structured and rooted in shared presence.
There may be:
space for speaking and being heard
moments of silence
simple ritual elements
attention to the body and breath
an emphasis on not carrying things alone
This is not group therapy.
It’s a communal space for being with what’s real,
in a way that is often missing in everyday life.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out to express interest.
More details will be shared as it forms.
A note on approach
These are not clinical services or treatments.
They are guided group experiences rooted in presence, slowing down, and connection.
You are always free to participate in whatever way feels right for you…including simply being there.
Practical details
Group sizes are kept small to support a sense of safety and connection
Locations vary depending on the offering (indoors or outdoors around Oslo)
You’re welcome to bring what helps you feel comfortable (layers, water, journal, etc.)
Specific details (time, location, what to bring) are shared with each event.
Getting involved
Upcoming gatherings are shared through my Facebook page…please follow to stay updated.
