🌿 About Me

A life shaped by change, curiosity, and the desire for deep connection.

My path into this work hasn’t been linear — more like a spiral. I’ve lived many lives: in the military, in art school, in corporate fashion, on farms and in tiny houses, as a quilter, community organizer, counselor, and spa owner. I’ve moved countries, transitioned genders, and begun again more times than I can count.

For a long time, I couldn’t see how all these lives fit together. But now I understand:
They were all different ways of asking the same questions.

Where do I belong? How do I find meaning in life?
What does it mean to feel safe in my body, my story, my becoming?
How do I live in alignment with what matters most?

🌱 Burnout was the turning point

Like many, I spent years striving and seeking — overworking, overgiving, and quietly shrinking myself to fit identities that once protected me, but no longer fit.

Eventually, I burned out.
Not just in my work, but in my being.
And though it was painful, that burnout became a threshold — a gateway into something more honest and deep than I ever could have imagined.

It taught me that alignment doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from listening more deeply.
From letting go of roles and identities that asked me to disappear.
From remembering that my body — and life itself — moves in rhythms and constant emergence, not deadlines or tidy boxes.

That experience now lives at the heart of what I offer.

🌀 How I work

I support people who’ve always felt outside the norm — LGBTQIA+ folks, immigrants, creatives, deep feelers, empaths. People whose very presence is a quiet act of resistance in a world built for speed and “productivity”.

I meet you where you are.
We go at the pace your body can hold.
We tend to the places that have been silenced, and listen for what’s trying to emerge.

My work is somatic, mindfulness-based, and relational.
It’s rooted in lived experience — not just as a practitioner, but as someone who’s walked the long road through shame, misfit-ness, and disconnection… and into a more rooted, spacious, and aligned way of being.

🌾 Where I am now

I live and work in Oslo, Norway, holding space for people across cultures, time zones, and life phases. I bring a lived, ever-emerging understanding of what it means to start over, to outgrow identities and live boldly beyond the norm — and to find belonging that doesn’t require shrinking.

This work isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am.
If you’re navigating transition, grief, burnout, or becoming — and craving a space where you don’t have to hide any part of yourself — I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

🌳 My experience

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people in a wide range of roles—both as a licensed mental health counselor and as a coach. I’ve supported individuals and couples in private practice, offered crisis support through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, and worked in community mental health settings with people navigating many layered and complex challenges. I’ve also spent several years offering non-clinical coaching in the areas of relationships, mindfulness, and somatics. While I’m currently licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, my offerings here are non-clinical, meaning I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions or those experiencing acute psychological crisis.

In addition to my work as a coach, I collaborate with my partner through their healing practice, Reclaiming Belonging to offer retreats and workshops centered around sound, nature, and Reiki supported non-doing and meditation experiences.
