A bit about me…
A life shaped by change, curiosity, and the search for something that feels real.
My path into this work hasn’t been linear…it’s taken many forms.
I’ve spent time in the military, in art school, in corporate fashion, on farms and in tiny houses. I’ve worked as a counselor, a coach, a spa owner, and a community organizer. I’ve moved between countries, transitioned genders, and started over more times than I can count.
For a long time, I couldn’t see how these experiences fit together.
Now I understand they were all circling the same questions:
Where do I belong?
What actually matters?
What does it mean to feel at home in my body and my life?
Burnout as a turning point…
Like many people I work with, I spent years pushing, adapting, and trying to make things work…often at the cost of myself.
Eventually, I burned out. Not just in my work, but more deeply than that.
What shifted things wasn’t pushing harder or trying to fix myself. It was slowing down, and spending time outside…where I didn’t have to hold everything on my own.
That experience changed how I understand support, and it continues to shape how I work.
My experience…
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with individuals and couples in a range of settings, both as a licensed mental health counselor in the U.S. and as a coach.
My experience includes:
private practice counseling
crisis support through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
community mental health work
non-clinical coaching focused on relationships, stress, and life transitions
I am currently licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State (USA). My work in Norway is non-clinical and does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

How I work…
I tend to work well with people who have never quite felt at home in conventional paths…people navigating transition, identity shifts, or periods of uncertainty.
That includes LGBTQIA+ folks, immigrants, creatives, and people who feel deeply.
Our work is simple, but not always easy. We slow down, pay attention to what’s here, and work at a pace your body can actually hold.
I draw from:
somatic (body-based) awareness
mindfulness and attention practices
conversation and deep listening
time outdoors, when it feels supportive
periods of quiet rest, sometimes supported by sound instruments
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating enough space for something more honest to emerge.
Where I am now…
I live and work in Oslo, Norway, supporting people across different backgrounds and life situations.
Much of what I offer comes from lived experience…not just training, but moving through burnout, disconnection, and starting over.
This work continues to evolve as I do.
If you’re moving through something and want a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, you’re welcome here.
Getting started…
If you’re curious but unsure, that’s completely okay.
You don’t need to have clarity before reaching out.
I offer a free 50-minute intro session…a simple space to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if it feels like a good fit.
No pressure, no expectation.
Just a place to begin.
