Nature Immersions

Slow, guided time outdoors to reconnect with your body and surroundings.

These are longer, more spacious sessions held outside…
in forests, along water, and on quiet paths.

We spend extended time walking, sitting, resting, and listening.

Not as something to complete,
but as a way of letting your system settle…
into your body, into the landscape, and into what’s quietly moving in your life.

There’s nothing to achieve here.

Just time, space, and gentle support to soften out of urgency
and into something more grounded and real.

What this can include

Each immersion is shaped by you, the season, and what unfolds.

We might move between:

  • slow walking and pausing

  • sitting with the land (forest, shoreline, open spaces)

  • guided somatic awareness and grounding

  • quiet reflection, journaling, or simple creative practices

  • shared tea or simple nourishment (for longer sessions)

  • optional sound support for deeper rest

  • spacious conversation when it’s helpful

  • long stretches of silence

I’ll offer gentle guidance along the way so you don’t have to think about what to do—
but everything is always an invitation, never a requirement.

Places we might meet

Sessions take place in some of the quieter natural areas around Oslo…forests, lakes, rivers, and coastal paths that offer space to slow down and settle.

Often, we meet in places like:

  • Sognsvann…a calm forest lake with wide paths and still water

  • Gressholmen…an island with soft trails, shoreline, and a slower rhythm

  • Akerselva…a river that winds through the city, offering movement and cozy resting spots

  • Frognerseteren…higher ground, open views, and forest edges

  • Vettakollen…a more elevated, spacious perspective over the landscape

We’ll choose a place together depending on the season, accessibility, and what kind of environment feels most supportive for you.

🌱 Short Immersions (2–3 hours)

A simple, spacious entry point.

Time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect…
without needing to go far or deep all at once.

1 800 – 2 400 kr

🌿 Half Day Immersions (4–5 hours)

More room to settle.

We move more slowly, with time for deeper rest, reflection, and integration.

Often includes longer pauses, optional journaling, and shared tea.

3 000 – 4 000 kr

🌲 Full Day Immersions (6–8 hours)

A full exhale from structured time.

This allows your system to move through layers…
from surface activation into something more grounded and spacious.

There’s no rush to “get anywhere.”
We let the day unfold.

5 000 – 6 500 kr

🌊 Multi-Day Immersions (3–7 days)

A deeper reset.

These are for times when something larger is moving…
burnout, transition, grief, or the sense that life as it’s been isn’t quite working anymore.

We spend several days in rhythm with the land:

  • walking, resting, and being outside daily

  • simple, supportive structure (never rigid)

  • time alone and time together

  • pace for integration, not just insight

Pricing is shaped together based on duration, location, and level of support.

Who this is for

These immersions tend to resonate with people who are:

  • burnt out or carrying too much for too long

  • in transition or standing at a threshold

  • tired of talking about life and wanting to actually feel it

  • feeling stuck in the head and wanting something more embodied

  • longing for slowness, quiet, and real contact

You don’t need experience with meditation or nature-based work. Just a willingness to show up as you are.

🌿 Practical details

For multi-day immersions, we shape the experience together based on what feels most supportive for you.

You’ll arrange your own accommodation, meals, and travel (if you’re coming from outside Oslo). This allows you to choose a place and pace that fits your needs, preferences, and budget.

If helpful, I’m very happy to offer curated suggestions for places to stay, areas to explore, and simple ways to structure your time here.

The fee for these immersions covers the time we spend together and the support I offer throughout.

This often includes:

  • daily time together outdoors (walking, sitting, guided presence)

  • additional sessions as needed during your stay

  • space for integration, reflection, and rest

  • light check-ins between sessions when helpful

The level of contact is a bit closer than standard sessions, allowing the work to unfold more naturally over time rather than being contained to a single hour.

We’ll find a rhythm that feels supportive…balancing time together with space for you to rest, explore, and integrate on your own.

There’s no fixed formula.

We shape it around what you’re moving through, and what feels like enough.

🌿 A note on approach

This is not therapy or medical treatment.

It’s a different kind of support…
one that includes your body, your environment, and the pace your system actually needs.

There’s no pressure to open, process, or transform.

Often, things shift precisely because nothing is being forced.

🌱 Accessibility & support

Outdoor sessions take place on natural terrain, which may include uneven ground, roots, rocks, and gentle elevation changes.

If you’re unsure whether a particular location or format would feel supportive for your body, you’re very welcome to reach out…we can find something that works for you.

A small number of reduced-rate spaces are available. If cost is a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out.

Getting started

If you’re curious, you’re welcome to book a free introductory session.
