There’s no pressure to perform, explain everything, or “get it right.”

What sessions can include

Every session is shaped by you and what’s needed in the moment. Depending on your preferences, sessions may include:

  • conversation and reflective listening

  • body-based (somatic) awareness

  • mindfulness and attention practices

  • sound meditation

  • guided visualization for relaxation

  • journaling or simple creative prompts for reflection

  • optional supportive touch (always with clear, ongoing consent) to support grounding, body awareness, and boundaries

  • time outdoors (walking or sitting in nature)

  • periods of quiet rest, sometimes supported by sound

You don’t need to choose in advance. We find what works together.

Where we meet

Sessions can take place in a few different settings, depending on what feels most supportive:

  • outdoors (forest, shoreline, or quiet walking paths)

  • in my office at Senter for Relasjon at Bygdøy allé 21

  • online

Common Areas of Support

Many are carrying questions that don't have simple answers and are looking for a space to slow down, reflect, and find their footing.

I frequently work with people navigating:

You do not need to fit neatly into any category to benefit from support. Many people come with a mixture of challenges, questions, and transitions that touch multiple areas of life at once.

A Place for the Parts of You That Don't Quite Fit

Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling different, misunderstood, or caught between worlds. Some are navigating questions of identity. Some are immigrants building a life in a new country. Some are queer, trans, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, unconventional, or simply trying to live a life that doesn't follow the script they were handed.

My work is informed by many years of both professional and lived experience within communities that exist outside the mainstream. Because of this, clients often tell me they appreciate not having to explain or justify who they are before we can begin exploring what matters most to them.

I strive to create a space where curiosity is valued more than judgment, and where complexity is welcomed rather than reduced to labels. Whether you are navigating questions of identity, belonging, relationships, purpose, or simply trying to understand yourself more deeply, you are welcome here.

You do not need to fit into any particular category to work with me. What matters most is not who you are on paper, but whether you are looking for a place to reflect, grow, and reconnect with yourself in a more authentic way.
